Matric Dance Photography
Booking & payment policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and time. No date is confirmed without proof of payment.
The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the shoot. Editing begins once full payment is received.
Permitted only for bad weather on outdoor shoots, with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Late arrival reduces shooting time; the session still ends at the scheduled time.
Final edited content is delivered within 3–4 working days after full payment.
Content is delivered via WeTransfer. Links remain active for 7 days.
A R750 admin fee applies for a new download link after expiry.
We don't offer long-term storage. Unclaimed or unpaid content is deleted 7 days after delivery or non-payment.
Selected images may be used for portfolio and promotion unless you request privacy in writing before the shoot.
